Two people are facing charges today after they were arrested earlier this week on Tuesday after they were accused of selling counterfeit DVDs in the parking of of the Lehigh Acres Walmart on Lee Blvd. on the edge of the downtown area.

According to a report, Yahira Annette Pacheco, 29, and Shan C. Townsend, 23, have been charged with counterfeiting more than seven audio or visual articles with intent to sell.

Deputies were sent to the scene and found the two were selling the DVDs out of the trunk of a vehicle in the south parking lot of the store, according to Sheriff’s Office report.

In a search of the trunk, investigators found a bin containing approximately 440 copied DVDs.
