Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:

On Oct. 25, 2010, at approximately 10:53 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Jacquelyn Francoeur, D.O.B. 05/11/59 of 3640 Rivera Cir,

Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S. Imperial River

Rd/Bonita Beach Rd, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On Oct. 26, 2010, at approximately 2:56 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Jacob William Gloor, D.O.B. 12/12/77 of 22140 Americana

Ave, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 19500 S.

Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Oct. 27, 2010, at approximately 1:31 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Anna Sue Long, D.O.B. 01/09/82 of 13281 Corbel Cir, Fort

Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S. Cleveland

Ave/Colonial Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Oct. 27, 2010, at approximately 1:43 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested John Harmon Sengler, D.O.B. 02/03/84 of 512 Eberhart Lane,

Austin, TX, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Corkscrew Rd & S.

Tamiami Trail, Estero, Florida.

On Oct. 27, 2010, at approximately 2:25 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Kristopher Scott Makocy, D.O.B. 04/27/82 of 9216

Pineapple Rd, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of

Broadway E/S. Tamiami Trail, Estero, Florida.

On Oct. 27, 2010, at approximately 4 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Alesia Nicole Abramson, D.O.B. 11/25/85 of 7471 Hickory

Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 2324 Aldridge

Ave, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Oct. 27, 2010, at approximately 11:05 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Janet Lynn Doig, D.O.B. 08/08/60 of 3412 Colchester Rd,

Lansing MI, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 2330 Estero Blvd,

Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On Oct. 28, 2010, at approximately 2:03 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Vytautas Sankinis, D.O.B. 11/07/60 of 16179 Via Solera

Cir, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Gladiolus

Dr/Summerlin Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Oct. 29, 2010, at approximately 12:47 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Tanya Lou Fredericks, D.O.B. 05/25/88 of 24692 Loblolly

Rd, LaBelle, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of SR 80 & Sunset

Trails, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Oct. 29, 2010, at approximately 1:46 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Lucia E. Garcia, D.O.B. 03/20/77 of 5720 Copper Leaf Lane,

Naples, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Briarcliff Rd/S. Tamiami

Trail, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Oct. 29, 2010, at approximately 10:23 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Brittany Monique Rogers, D.O.B. 12/09/87 of 12622

Kenwood Lane, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 15650

Pine Ridge Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Oct. 30, 2010, at approximately 12:45 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Mark Alan Courtney, D.O.B. 10/15/69 of 14018 Marquette

Blvd, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Parker Ave &

Palm Beach Blvd, 103010, Florida.

On Oct. 30, 2010, at approximately 12:57 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Maggie Dannae Carpenter, D.O.B. 04/09/85 of 9938

Colonial Walk, Estero, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 23rd St

SW/Joan Ave S, Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On Oct. 30, 2010, at approximately 1:16 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Martin C. Gembecki, D.O.B. 09/14/60 of Fort Myers, for

DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 12925 Palm Beach Blvd, Fort Myers,

Florida.

On Oct. 30, 2010, at approximately 3:30 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Raymond Louis Hernandez, D.O.B. 09/20/62 of 1356

Charolais Rd, LaBelle, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Palm

Beach Blvd/Parker Ave, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Oct. 30, 2010, at approximately 4:12 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Ashley Elizabeth Johnson, D.O.B. 11/24/89 of 28543

Fowler Ct, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of

Matanzas Rd/Sanibel Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Oct. 30, 2010, at approximately 11:18 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Susan Gladden, D.O.B. 03/27/65 of 13738 Ox Bow Rd,

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 16991 SR 31, Fort

Myers, Florida.

On Oct. 30, 2010, at approximately 11:52 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Osvaldo Noe Leiva Merida, D.O.B. 09/01/84 of 1830

Sunshine Blvd, Naples, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S.

Tamiami Trail & Pine Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Oct. 31, 2010, at approximately 1:28 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested David Douglas Curtis, D.O.B. 07/09/56 of 2029 Gish Lane,

North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bayshore

Rd/Hart Rd, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On Oct. 31, 2010, at approximately 3:08 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Brittany Lynn Evans, D.O.B. 12/15/88 of 10225

South Golden Elm Dr, Estero, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of

9700 Block of Roundstone Cir, Estero, Florida.

On Oct. 31, 2010, at approximately 5:57 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Eduardo A. Wiener, D.O.B. 12/25/86 of 20549 Lanino Loop,

Estero, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of NB I-75 @Exit 116,

Bonita Springs, Florida.

On Oct. 31, 2010, at approximately 6:11 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Joel Bayon, D.O.B. 07/08/81 of 301 Vermont Way, Lehigh

Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bass Rd/Gladiolus Dr,

Fort Myers, Florida.

On Oct. 31, 2010, at approximately 9:23 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Steve Armando Leiva, D.O.B. 08/10/80 of 472 Paddock St,

Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Winkler

Rd/Gladiolus Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.
