To The Editor:

We did it! My family, staff, and I thank you all so much for your support, encouragement, and effort over the last 18 months. Thanks to you, we are heading to Tallahassee to get our District and our State back to work. This campaign was always about you and ensuring that your voice is heard in Tallahassee and beyond.

Last Tuesday night your voice was heard loud and clear, as you said you’ve had enough of wasteful government spending and high taxes. You made it clear that you are tired of the excuses and demand accountability from government.

I am eager to get to work on your behalf and am reminded of the charge President Ronald Reagan gave in his second inaugural address, “If not us, who? And if not now, when?” Our time is now.

By reaching out and working together over the coming months and years, we will build a better Florida for our families and our communities. I am committed to being your voice, always mindful that I work for you.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you residents in Lehigh for the tremendous honor of serving you. I am truly humbled by the trust you have placed in me. Onward and Upward.
