Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:

On November 8, 2010, at approximately 10:30 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Jordan Michael Rivero, D.O.B. 04/12/91 of 1795 SE Desoto,

Naples, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bonita Dr/Old 41 Rd,

Bonita Springs, Florida.

On November 10, 2010, at approximately 08:37 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Corey Craig Bousquet, D.O.B. 06/08/70 of 16625 Lake

Circle Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 16685

Lake Circle Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.

On November 10, 2010, at approximately 09:11 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Deborah Ann Snyder, D.O.B. 12/12/71 of 7370 Pinnacle

Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of College Pkwy &

S. Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, Florida.

On November 11, 2010, at approximately 12:11 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Peter James Falbo, D.O.B. 02/27/62 of 5839+ Whispering

Pine, Lorain, OH, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 19240 San

Carlos Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On November 12, 2010, at approximately 02:01 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Julio Cesar Morel, D.O.B. 12/15/80 of 201 SE 25th Lane, Cape

Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Cleveland Ave/Fowler St,

Fort Myers, Florida.

On November 12, 2010, at approximately 02:22 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Mark E. Schneider, D.O.B. 02/10/73 of 5454 Brandy Cir,

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Summerlin

Rd/College Pkwy, Fort Myers, Florida.

On November 12, 2010, at approximately 05:13 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Arnette Rose Nuchraksa, D.O.B. 12/17/48 of 10825

Meadows Ct, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of

18090 Matt Rd, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On November 12, 2010, at approximately 11:55 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Ross Douglas Porter, D.O.B. 04/10/68 of 27290 High Seas

Lane, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S. Tamiami

Trail & Bulb Way, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On November 13, 2010, at approximately 12:38 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Jesse Dwayne Adams, D.O.B. 06/01/61 of 17465 Laurel

Valley Rd, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Fountain

Lakes Blvd/Sandy Lane, Estero, Florida.

On November 13, 2010, at approximately 02:36 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Justin Luis Vega, D.O.B. 05/20/91 of 1400 Estero Blvd, Fort

Myers Beach, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Fairweather

Lane/Estero Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On November 13, 2010, at approximately 02:57 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Amanda Nicole Olsen, D.O.B. 04/05/88 of 15025 Pratolino

Way, Naples, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Three Oaks

Pkwy/Skidmore Way, Fort Myers, Florida.

On November 13, 2010, at approximately 06:38 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Samuel Willis Collier, D.O.B. 01/24/68 of 11100 Orange

River Blvd, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Orange

River Loop, Fort Myers, Florida.

On November 13, 2010, at approximately 11:34 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Allan Robert Gaertner, D.O.B. 01/14/61 of 16500 Slater Rd,

North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 7751

Bayshore Rd, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On November 14, 2010, at approximately 02:46 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Jordan David Holland, D.O.B. 11/14/88 of 1532 Scholar Ct,

Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Daniels Pkwy

North of Gateway Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On November 14, 2010, at approximately 03:00 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Jason Andrew Moore, D.O.B. 10/15/83 of Cape Coral, for

DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Colonial Blvd West of SR 45, Fort

Myers, Florida.

On November 14, 2010, at approximately 08:25 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Danice Morris Wallace, D.O.B. 08/09/55 of 2815 Cussell Dr,

St. James City, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 2381 Oleander

St, St. James City, Florida.

On November 14, 2010, at approximately 09:23 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Tomas Gaspar Lopez, D.O.B. 05/07/85 of 27095 Leitner

Lane, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 27001 Old

41 Rd, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On November 14, 2010, at approximately 11:57 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Debrah Leigh Broker, D.O.B. 05/06/64 of 425 Lazy Way,

Fort Myers Beach, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 425 Lazy

Way, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
