For shoppers who are looking to improve their overall health and get in shape during the New Year, Winn-Dixie stores invites customers to experience a “Fresh Start, Better You,” as part of its Healthy Living series at some South Florida stores. Event attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy complimentary health screenings, a cholesterol check and blood pressure reading, seated chair massages, healthy eating and cooking tips provided by a nutritionist and more. The screening at the Winn-Dixie at 1125 Homestead Rd. in Lehigh Acres is free and it will be held Saturday, Jan. 8 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
