Florida Everblades forward Cedric McNicoll was named the ECHL Plus Performer for the month of December, the league announced Monday.

McNicoll led the lead with a plus-minus rating of +11. He was even or better in all 12 games played in December, and a plus-2 four times.

The second-year pro earned points in three straight games and six of his last seven games. Overall, McNicoll, 22, has 15 points in 20 Everblades games this season.

The Everblades return to action Wednesday night at Germain Arena when they host the Cincinnati Cyclones.
