Beginning Monday night, February 28, crews begin to mill (remove existing pavement) and pave the eastbound lanes at the toll plaza at the Cape Coral Bridge on Colonial Blvd. You can expect intermittent lane closures, officials say. The nighttime/ overnight work is scheduled from 7 p.m. until 5 a.m. and is expected to be complete by March 10.

Motorists are asked to use caution driving through the toll plaza, and to follow work zone signage and message boards.
