By Staff | Mar 9, 2011

The Alzheimer’s Association Memory Mobile will be at the Sterling House in Lehigh Acres on March 14 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and the public is invited to attend and take part in the services it provides.

The Memory Mobile provides outreach, education, care consultations, memory screening and caregiver education and is the only mobile support, prevention and education service delivery vehicle in the country, said Carol Misiolek, market director with Sterling House, an assisted living complex at 1351 Business Way in Lehigh. It is next to the Lehigh Acres Post Office.

Those who wish more information may contact Misiolek at 239-368-2500.

Dr. Catherine Cruikshank from the Alzheimer’s Association Florida Gulf Coast chapter will be on hand to answer any and all questions about the disease.

Complimentary beverages and snacks will be offered at the event.
