Doris J. Frazier

Doris Frazier, 81, of Greenfield, Ind., and formerly of Lehigh Acres, died on Monday, March 21, 2011 at Springhurst Health Campus. She was born June 22, 1929 in Richmond, Ind., to the late Murray Bolton and Lucinda (Durham) Bolton.

Frazier had been an administrative assistant at Chrysler Corporation in Indianapolis, Ind., for 30 years before retiring in 1984. She loved her children and grandchildren; she was an avid golfer.

Frazier lived in Lehigh Acres from 1984 through 2005 prior to returning to Greenfield. She is survived by two sons, Kelly Frazier of Harlingen, Texas, and Kevin Frazier of Greenfield, Ind.; brothers, Thomas Bolton and Carl Bolton; sister, Rosella Whitehead; five grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chauncey Frazier and a brother, Raymond Bolton.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at noon Thursday, March 24, 2011, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield, Ind., with Pastor James Dunn officiating. Friends may visit with the family beginning at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

The family has suggested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Riley Hospital for Children, 702 Barnhill Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46202.
