Donald B. Chilton Sr.

Donald Bryant Chilton, 86, died in Lehigh Acres on March 29, 2011. He was an only child of Floyd and Audrey Chilton in Caruthersville, Mo. He served in the Army in World War II and was a decorated soldier.

He married Mary Lou Dabney in Michigan and they had one child Donald Bryant Chilton Jr. in Tucson, Ariz., in 1961.

He was a 40-year resident in Tucson and a meat cutter for supermarkets there. After the passing of his wife in 2002 he moved to Lehigh Acres.

He is suvived by his son, Donald Chilton Jr.; his daughter-in-law, Dianne Chilton, three grand children Christopher Chilton, Crystal Davis, Tabitha Davis and seven great grandsons Colley Rollmann, Logan Rollmann, Zachary Chilton, John Misch, Tristan Dilich, Tyler Dilich, Gavin Chilton and two great granddaughters Lexi Dilich, Gracie Cooper.

Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, April 3, 2011 at Anderson-Patterson Cremation & A Funeral Services, 2701 Lee Blvd. Lehigh Acres.

A funeral will begin at 4 p.m.
