The Fort Myers – Lee County Garden Council Inc. will host a Flower Show on Saturday, April 2 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The public is invited to enjoy what promoters of the show are calling a magnificent creations of fine designers, but also to experience the horticulture portion of the show at the Covenant Presbyterian Church, 2439 McGregor Boulevard, Fort Myers.

A flower show demonstrates the creative abilities of participants to meet the criteria and create designs in a wide variety of categories, but also provides an opportunity for attendees to tour table upon table of horticulture grown right here in Lee County.

From potted plants to the smallest piece of greenery carefully nurtured and selected to enter into the competition, guests can see examples and learn what plants may be successfully grown in this area.
