Public input needed for new park in Lehigh
Lee County Parks and Recreation is in the process of developing an 11.2 acre section of the old Admiral Lehigh Golf Course off David Avenue. All interested community members are invited to provide input on the design.
This future park will consist of a .4 mile trail, fitness station, restroom, parking, and small shelters.
The public meeting is set for 7 p.m., Thursday May 5 at the Veterans Park Recreation Center at 55 Homestead Road, Lehigh Acres. For more information on Lee County Parks and Recreation, visit www.Leeparks.org
