Fall registration opens at Edison State College
Registration for fall 2011 classes at Edison State College to degree seeking students opens May 24. Registration for the public opens June 14.
Edison State College officials encourage anyone interested in taking classes this fall to register as soon as possible because classes will fill up quickly.
“We want to accommodate every student who chooses Edison State College,” said Dr. Kenneth Walker, president of Edison State College. “Early enrollment allows us to best prepare our professors and classrooms for the students.”
There are three terms students can select from.
• Full fall semester classes begins August 23
• Fall A semester classes begin August 23
• Fall B Semester classes begin October 17
In the past three years enrollment at Edison State College has grown more than 50 percent, bringing total student enrollment to more than 24,000. ESC has been the fastest growing state college in Florida for the past two years, officials there said.
