The Lehigh Acres Elks Lodge 2602 located at 1050 Joel Blvd. is inviting the public and members of local service clubs to join them to honor the national emblem, the American Flag, on Saturday, June 18 in observance of Flag Day.

The program begins at 11 a.m. at the Lodge site. Participants will include the American Legion Post 323, DAV Chapter 94, LA Shrine Club, Lions Club of Lehigh Acres, the VFW Post 4174, the Kiwanis Club, the Knights of Columbus 6265 and Pearl Harbor Survivors.

The guest speaker will be Joseph Whalen, president and CEO of the Lehigh Chamber of Commerce. A light lunch will follow.
