“It depends on a lot of things, their age, etc. Maybe a profile could be taken because some who are elderly would only be taking medications while some who are younger may abuse the system and buy illegal drugs. It is a big question. I would be for profiling those who need help.”

“Yes I do without exception think they should have to take a drug test. Those who take legal medications should not be penalized though.”
