Dodina Iueli Toa

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office over the weekend said that deputies responded to the Medicine Man Pharmacy located at 904 Lee Boulevard in Lehigh Acres in reference to a person attempting to pass a fraudulent prescription for Oxycodone on July 27. The investigation revealed that Dodina Toa, 26, used a fake Florida driver’s license to obtain a prescription for Oxycodone from a Lee County doctor, Sheriff’s officials said.

He then attempted to fill the prescription at the Medicine Man Pharmacy. When Toa was questioned about his fake Florida driver’s license he produced a California ID card for identification purposes. Toa was in the company of three other individuals, investigators said.

One of his companions admitted to seeing numerous doctors in the Lee County area to obtain prescription narcotics. Further investigation revealed three of the four companions have violent criminal histories including arrests for robbery with a firearm, home invasion robbery, kidnapping and making terrorist threats.

Investigators said all four were arrested on various charges and booked into the Lee County Jail.
