With the U.S. Postal Service having financial problems, what can be done to help?

“I still use the mail system and not computers like a lot of people to do to send out mail so maybe to make ends meet, they could raise their stamps to 50 cents. That might bring in millions.”

“The Internet email system has caused the problem and people don’t use the postal service as much. I pay my bills through my bank and don’t buy stamps like a lot of others aren’t doing these days.”

“Get rid of the Saturday delivery and save money there by spending less for gasoline and there is probably a need to increase the cost of postage stamps.”

“Easy, just stop Saturday deliveries of mail. Another thing, letter carriers could do more walking like they used to do and quit riding in vehicles which take gas. But they shouldn’t raise the postage.”
