Learn to paint like June De Vincent

Renowned Lehigh Acres artist June De Vincent will be on hand for a two-day workshop where you can learn how to prepare a rice paper canvas and practice techniques used in applying watercolors.
The workshop is being presented by the Pan American Alliance, a non-profit organization. The work is at the Christ United Methodist church of Lehigh Acres at 1430 Homestead Rd. N. on Monday, Oct. 17 and Monday, Oct. 24. The cost is $40 per person plus an additional $3 to be paid in class for a prepared rice paper canvas.
June De Vincent will provide in class instruction on canvas preparation, use of sketching materials, color application procedures, pigment density, natural effects, bleeding and feathering.

You can learn basic techniques for building and designing ceramic sculptures and apply visual design elements to the ceramic form.
