After dominating early, the Cape Coral Seahawks made it interesting at the end to send their faithful home happy with a 25-17, 25-6, 25-23 victory over Dunbar Tuesday night.

Seniors Alysia Figueroa, Alison Harper and Stephanie Rosario led the offense with seven, six and five kills, respectively, on senior night. Junior Katie Upton lent a helping hand with 12 assists.

The Seahawks (9-13) close out the regular season schedule with matches Wednesday at East Lee County and Thursday with Palmetto Ridge.

Ida Baker 3, Island Coast 0: Ida Baker celebrated senior night with a 25-13, 25-12, 25-6 victory over Island Coast Tuesday night.

The Bulldogs spread around the scoring with Kali Nordquist and Louie Ross with four kills each and Madison Kobs and Whitney Bennett with three apiece.

Brenna Hambsch served up eight aces while Kobs added 11 assists and Nordquish six assists.

The Bulldogs (15-6) wrap up regular season play Thursday night at Mariner.

South Fort Myers 3, Mariner 0: South Fort Myers coasted to a 25-15, 25-15, 25-21 victory at Mariner Tuesday night.
