Lehigh Citizen worksite, office is moving

By Staff | Nov 22, 2011

The offices of The Lehigh Acres Citizen at 411 Lee Blvd. have closed and the editor and the sales executive are conducting their work on Treeline Blvd., about 10 minutes south of the Gunnery Rd. and Daniels Parkway intersection.

The offices are situated in a building, owned by the company and where The Lehigh Acres Citizen is printed, along with other Breezenewspaper publications. It is located on Jet Port Loop.

Both the editor and the sales executive will be in Lehigh every day, but will doing their computer work at the office on Jetport Loop.

For those who want to drop a news release or other correspondence off for the paper, there is a drop box inside the Lehigh Acres Chamber of Commerce office at 25 Homestead Rd. It is clearly marked for that reason. It will be checked every day. Advertisers can also use this convenient site to leave correspondence in sealed in envelopes. You can still email information to The Citizen.

The mailing address has not changed. It is PO Box 1317, Lehigh Acres, FL., 33936.

The phone number and the fax numbers of The Lehigh Acres Citizen have not changed either. They remain at 368-3944 and for Fax, 368-2775.

The newspaper will continue to carry local news and advertising of interest to Lehigh residents.

“We’re not leaving Lehigh, just changing our work station,” said Mel Toadvine, editor of The Citizen.

“We will continue our usual coverage of the community,” said Toadvine, who lives in Lehigh Acres.

The online site won’t change and will continue to carry both local and county-wide news on a daily basis.

For those who want to speak to Sonia Santiago, the sales executive, contact her at the regular phone number.
