Reynold E. Helle

Reynold Edward “Ren” Helle, 86, of Lehigh Acres died on Feb. 25, 2012. He was born in Curtice, Ohio, on December 20, 1925 to Otto August and Amelia Louisa Helle.

Helle married Joy Lea Walker on March 10, 1945.

They moved to Lehigh Acres in 1985 where they both worked at Walmart and Publix. They were married for 60 years.

He was a past exalted ruler of the Lehigh Acres Elks Lodge 2602 and a member there for more than 30 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Joy, and his brothers, Clarence, Herben and Wilbert. Surviving are nieces and nephews.

A funeral will be held at noon Sunday, March 4 at Faith Lutheran Church, 705 Leeland Heights Blvd. in Lehigh. Interment will be in Lee Memorial Park.
