Lehigh Rotary announces installation of new leaders

The Rotary Club of Lehigh Acres recently celebrated its annual Change of Watch.

The Change of Watch is the celebration of the induction of new officers. The gavel passes to incoming President Debra Shuman from Dave Lindsay, who becomes the immediate past president.

The other officers and directors for Rotary year 2013-14 are Mike Neven, president elect; Fred Elliott, secretary; Patty Vealey, treasurer; Dave Anthony, director; Earl Hart, sergeant at arms and director; Steve Thomas, director; and JD Langford, director.

Mike Buff received the high honors of the evening receiving the Service Above Self award. Buff serves as the dictionary and thesaurus project coordinator and the Thanksgiving and Christmas community dinner project coordinator.
