4 grow house raids net 7 arrests

Seven people in Lehigh Acres and some 177 marijuana plants weighing 322 pounds, were confiscated by Lee County sheriff’s deputies on Friday, Aug. 23 after deputies raided four grow house in the community.

The drug bust confiscated evidence with an approximate street value of $442,500, according to Lee County Sheriff’s Office.

The first grow house that was raided was at 3318 49th St. W. in Lehigh where 55 plants were confiscated. Arrested were Mario Perez, 46, charged with trafficking in marijuana, marijuana cultivation, possession of drug paraphernalia, Eduardo Galvez, 48, charged with trafficking in marijuana, marijuana cultivation, possession of drug paraphernalia, and Reinier Perez, 28, charged with trafficking in marijuana, marijuana cultivation and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The second grow house raided was at 200 W. 6th St. in Lehigh where 87 plants were confiscated. Arrested were Maydelin Servantes, 38, charged with trafficking in marijuana, marijuana cultivation and possession of drug paraphernalia, Javier Camejo, 38, charged with trafficking in marijuana, marijuana cultivation, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The third grow house raided was at 910 Glenn Ave. in Lehigh and 32 plants were confiscated. Arrested was Joaquin Luque, 42, charged with trafficking in marijuana, marijuana cultivation, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The fourth house was at 524 Parkside Street in Lehigh where three plants were confiscated. Arrested was Nathaniel Abrams, 42, charged with marijuana possession of over 20 grams, marijuana cultivation, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
