Church announces activities
– Feb. 23: Second annual Fashion Show and Tea at 2:30 p.m. Tea and desserts will be served before the show. The clothes are from Boutique on Wheels and will be available for purchase. Tickets are $10 each. For tickets and information, contact Georgette at (239) 590-6927.
– March 7: Fish fry from 4:30 to 7 p.m. The dinner includes a large portion of deep fried fish, baked or green beans, cole slaw, hush puppies and dessert. Iced tea, lemonade or coffee will be available. Cost is $10 per person; children under 12 are $5, with a half portion of fish. Carry out meals are available. – March 15: 6th annual Verandah Community Yard/Garage Sale from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The sale will feature a wide variety of clothing, electronics, household goods, furniture and sporting goods.
