Master Sgt. Jeremy ‘Jerry’ Blok

Master Sgt. Jeremy “Jerry” Blok, 78, of Lehigh Acres, died Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2014 at his residence. He was born Sept. 27, 1935, in Poland.

He came to the United States in 1951.

He retired from the United States Marine Corp after 24 years of service, with spending three tours in Vietnam.

He was a lifetime member of the VFW and the American Legion.

He is survived by his brother, Fritz (Patty) Blok of Bowling Green, Kentucky; sister, Lucia (Rob) Roberts of St Mary’s, Georgia; sister, Theresa (Joel) Cronin of West Palm, Florida; and brother, Val (Barbara) Blok of Syracuse, New York.

He was preceded in death by father, Karl Blok; mother, Helena Blok; brothers, Ryszard Blok, Eddie Blok and Johnny Blok; and sister, Krystina Peterson.

A private family memorial service will be held.
