Center earns re-accreditation
The Community Children’s Center in Lehigh Acres, one of six Child Care of Southwest Florida centers in Lee and Hendry counties, has been re-accredited by the National Accreditation Commission for Early Care and Education Programs.
Reaccreditation documents state that the center continues to provide high-quality services in six areas: family engagement, health and safety, curriculum, interactions between teachers and children, classroom environments and administrative standards.
The Community Children’s Center cares for as many as 168 children from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. at 1260 Wings Way.
Parents who are exploring child care options are invited to visit.

Physicians’ Primary Care welcomes Foley
Sara Jo Foley has joined Physicians’ Primary Care of Southwest Florida as an advanced registered nurse practitioner.
Foley will assist pediatric physicians in the Lehigh Acres pediatrics office at 5700 Lee Blvd. and the Cape Coral pediatrics office at 1261 Viscaya Parkway.
Prior to joining Physicians’ Primary Care of Southwest Florida, Foley was a registered nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at Cape Coral Hospital. She also worked in the Intensive Care Unit at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.
She is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, with a Bachelor of Science in nursing. She earned a Master of Science in nursing/family nurse practitioner from Florida Gulf Coast University.
She is a member of the American Nurses Association and the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nurses.
Foley lives in North Fort Myers.
Physicians’ Primary Care of Southwest Florida, a physician-owned and operated medical practice, was formed in 1996.
Medical specialties include family practice, internal medicine, obstetrics, gynecology and pediatrics.
Medical offices are located in Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Lehigh Acres.
