Church announces upcoming events

Buckingham Presbyterian Church will host a fish fry on Jan. 9 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at 4241 Buckingham Road in Fort Myers.

For $10, diners will receive a large lightly-breaded piece of fish and hushpuppies, green beans or baked beans, cole slaw, a drink and a dessert.

Future dates for additional fish fries include:

– Feb. 6

– March 6

– April 10

The church will host a concert on Jan. 17 at 3 p.m. featuring The Banyan Bluegrass Band.

Admission is $10 and includes a grilled hot dog and soda.

The church will hold a fashion show on Feb. 15 at 2:30 p.m.

The clothing will come from Anthony’s Ladies Apparel, at 7091 College Parkway, Fort Myers.

Admission is $10 per person.

Rummage sale set

First Presbyterian Church will host a rummage sale on Jan. 9-10 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 60 Bell Blvd.
