Christ United Methodist names activities
Christ United Methodist Church will hold an Ash Wednesday service today, Feb. 18, at 6:30 p.m. at 1430 N. Homestead Road.
The church will host a rummage sale on March 7 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 1430 N. Homestead Road.
A bag sale will be held from noon to 1 p.m. Buy a bag for $5 and fill it up. Large items that will not fit into a bag and boutique items will be half-price from noon to 1 p.m.
A pancake breakfast and lunch provided by the church youth.

The Buckingham Presbyterian Church will hold an Ash Wednesday service – including the imposition of ashes – today, Feb. 18, at 7 p.m. at 4241 Buckingham Road in Fort Myers.
The church will host a fish fry on March 6 and April 10 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. For $10, diners receive a breaded piece of fish and hushpuppies, green beans or baked beans, cole slaw, a drink and dessert.

Event open to Christian women.
