First Christian Church announces events
First Christian Church, at 2803 Lee Blvd., presents the following:
– April 2: Combined service with Faith Lutheran Church at 6:30 p.m.
– April 3: Service of readings and prayer at 11 a.m.
– April 5: Festive Celebration of the Resurrection at 10:30 a.m.
First Christian Church will host a faith forum on Wednesdays at 10 a.m. from now until Easter.
Study and discuss topics like forgiveness, grace, sin, God, Christ, hope, faith and belief, heaven and hell, peace and love, and more.
Coffee refreshments will be available.

– April 5: Hymn sing at 9:50 a.m., then worship and communion at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Arlene Gordon
St. Anselm’s Episcopal presents activities
St. Anselm’s Episcopal Church, at 2201 E. Sixth St., presents the following:
– April 2: Service at 6 p.m.
– April 3: Good Friday litany at noon
– April 5: Easter celebration Mass at 9 a.m.
Buckingham Presbyterian Church to host fish fry
Buckingham Presbyterian Church will host a fish fry on April 10 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at 4241 Buckingham Road, Fort Myers.
For $10, diners receive a breaded piece of fish and hushpuppies, green beans or baked beans, cole slaw, a drink and dessert.

St. Raphael Church planning Polish dinner
St. Raphael Catholic Church will host a Polish dinner on April 11 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Parish Hall, at 2514 Lee Blvd.
The menu will consist of golabki, kapusta, kielbasa, potatoes, pastries, coffee and more.
Cost is $12 per person.
The children’s menu will include macaroni and cheese, chicken nuggets, vegetables, apple sauce, cookies and lemonade.
Cost is $4 for children ages 10 and under.
Tickets must be purchased in advance at the parish office, gift shop or Friday night bingo.
