Get the facts
To the editor:
Those who wish to understand America must find a new source of information/news, for the American dominated, corporately owned television, newspaper and radio sources are going to feed you propaganda. One must always remember that America is an economy dedicated to war. The business of American is war. But take China – its business is business, which is the principal reason countries like China to experience growth while America declines. The United States Congress wishes to send weapons to Ukraine as well as many other countries. It should have learned a lesson from the weapons the American taxpayers paid for and sent to Iraq and Afghanistan and, ultimately, left behind and which are now being used by ISIS against us … but never fear, we will supply weapons. One should know that Ukraine is the fourth largest weapons manufacturer in the world and is the third largest exporter of weapons in the world including exporting to America and Russia. You ask why we would get weapons from a former communist country? The answer is that they are ordered and stockpiled around the world by the CIA. You see we don’t manufacture AK-47s and we need them to supply groups that we perceive are fighting in our best interests so that the weapons won’t be tracked back to America.
If you have cable television which is owned by major U.S. corporations, you will not receive the news. You will receive propaganda, some of which is written by our government. If you have satellite television – Dish preferably – you will receive RT.TV and CC.TV and LINK.TV, which will open your eyes and shock most of you. These channels have become very popular with the educated and more sophisticated Americans. You may have heard our state department’s Mr. Kerry complaining about RT.TV. The U.S. is trying its best to blame the coup in Ukraine on Russia. Any educated person understands it was America that started the conflict in Ukraine. There is an old saying, the reason you can’t have a coup in America is because there is no American Embassy in America.
You may appreciate knowing that President Clinton was one of the largest causes, along with President Bush, of the economic recession we have gone through for the last several years. You ask how did he do it? On his last days in office he revoked the Glass-Steagall Act. In or about 1913, the Glass-Steagall Act was passed, allowing banks to take your deposits and lend you money, but they were not allowed to play with your money. After Clinton revoked the Glass-Steagall Act, banks were allowed to use you deposits to speculate on anything and everything, which they did and they lost their behinds. But the story doesn’t end there. The “government” used trillions of your tax dollars to bail out the banks. This was actually done by the Federal Reserve and the Federal Reserve is not part of our “government.” Surprised? By the way, the Senate ratifies the head of the Federal Reserve. Central banks like the Fed never existed before the early 1930s; they were organized by industrialists for their benefit and boy did they benefit in 2008.
You and I, the taxpayers of America, have spent over $6 trillion in Afghanistan and Iraq. That same amount of money could repair or replace every bridge, every water system, every federal road, and a lot more infrastructure in America. Now we’re throwing another $400 billion into a lost cause called Afghanistan. Keep electing these morons and keep paying the bill until you no longer can. Then I suggest you buy a 40 acre farm and a tractor.
And remember, if it wasn’t for stupid uninformed people we could not have a two-party system we would have a system that works for the people not for the government.
