Summer feeding program announced

St. Anselm Episcopal Church will host a summer feeding program for children today through June 12 at 2201 E. Sixth St. Breakfast is served at 8 a.m.; lunch is served at noon. The program is open the children ages 18 and under.

The church will host vacation Bible school on June 15-19 from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. For elementary- through high school-aged children, the week will involve activities and games, including Bible study. Snacks and lunch will be provided daily. A donation of $5 is requested at the time of registration; registration forms are available by contacting (239) 369-1916 or stanselmchurch@embarqmail.com.

Concert featuring Elation scheduled

The music group Elation, from St. Stephen United Methodist Church, in Mesquite, Texas, will perform on June 20 at 7 p.m. at Christ United Methodist Church, at 1430 N. Homestead Road.

Event is free and open to the public.
