The Cape Coral Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing endangered teen. Brandon Kyle Williams, 16, a white male, standing 5-feet 6-inches tall with short brown hair, blue eyes, light skin tone and a scar on his forehead, He was last seen by a custodial grandparent Sunday, Nov. 29.
