Toy and food drive set
Gendron Funeral & Cremation Services is holding a toy and food drive now through Dec. 18 at 2701 Lee Blvd.
Donate new or used unwrapped toys or non-perishable food items to benefit the local food banks and shelters.
Some examples of food items include canned meat, Granola bars, jerky-type treats and peanut butter.
Items can also be dropped off at 2325 E. Mall Drive in Fort Myers.
Donors get a 2016 magnetic calendar.

Operation Christmas Tree
Destiny Ministries will donate Christmas trees and decorations to families in need.
It is seeking financial donations to cover the trees and stands, as well as donations of new small twinkle lights and ornaments.
More than 30 families have signed up to receive a decorated Christmas tree.
Donations can be dropped off at:
