A large amount of drugs, including powder cocaine, crack cocaine, heroin, marijuana and a handgun were confiscated by Lee County Sheriff’s detectives in Lehigh Acres after authorities said the discovery of the drugs were found inside a Lehigh home.

It resulted with the arrest of two people staying there, according to a news release from the Lee County Sheriff’s Office

On Sept. 14, the Narcotics/ Vice Unit with the help of East (SET) Selective Enforcement Team and the Special Operations Unit used a search warrant at 1108 Firth Ave. in Lehigh.

Investigators said that inside the home they found an array of drugs, including more than a quarter kilogram of powder cocaine, 16 grams of crack cocaine, 41 grams of heroin, marijuana and a handgun.

They said the focus of the investigation was Janaul “J” Green, 29, who detectives called a “mid to upper level dealer.”

They said Green was not at the residence when the search warrant was executed and deputies were continuing their search for him.

Two other people inside the home were arrested and charged.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Alexis Peterson, 28, was charged with cocaine trafficking, heroin trafficking and possession of marijuana over 20 grams. Joshua Bigay, 22, was charged with possession of marijuana under 20 grams.

The street value of the drug heist was not listed by authorities.

Detectives said current charges are pending for Green for heroin trafficking, cocaine trafficking, possession of a firearm by convicted felon, sale of heroin and cocaine with 1,000 feet of a place of worship and with possession of marijuana under 20 grams.

Sheriff Mike Scott said of the arrest: “Our relentless focus on drug enforcement roars on, and we will not tolerate this in our community. These poison pushers will be held accountable for their dirty deeds.”
