Rotary Club announces annual Halloween event
The Rotary Club of Lehigh Acres will host its annual Scream on the Green Halloween Haunted Walk at the Copperhead Golf Club.
It will be open Oct. 20-22 and Oct. 28-31 from 7 to 10 p.m. at 20910 Copperhead Drive.
The event is open to all ages.
Admission is $3; guests can save $1 by bringing a canned food item that will be donated to Lehigh Community Services.
In addition, the Rotary Club has teamed up with the Kiwanis Club of Lehigh Acres to host Trunk or Treat on Oct. 31 beginning at 6 p.m. Free trick-or-treating for children and costumes are welcome.
“The Rotary Club of Lehigh Acres is dedicated to helping our community,” Fred Elliott, event chairman, said. “The Scream on the Green event collected more than 900 pounds of food for Lehigh Community Services last year and saw more than 2500 guests, so we are hopeful that this family-friendly event will be even more successful this year.”
