Let them know who is boss
To the editor:
I may have six to eight more president elections left to vote in during my life. God praying I do.
The past eight years, I have seen so much moral decay – not feeling safe in our own country, families splitting up, drugs becoming the norm for living, alcohol abuse far more usage with our young, incomes staying stale or cutbacks in a workweek, health care being judged just for bare bones care, food prices rise, rents out of reach for many, home buying non-assistance for many, policemen not getting the respect they deserve, seniors being thrown under the bus, social security at a stand still while living costs rise, church pastors and priests being vocally attacked more openly for speaking God’s love for us.
The list is so much more, but you get the picture. It’s frightening what our grandchildren will deal with when they become adults. This train wreck we are on must come to a halt. This election, though, has been far more the worst nasty, conniving, etc.
We have our first woman on the top ticket putting the election to shame. She has gotten where she is not because of hard work over the years; it’s because she played by the corruption good ole boys’ books. She knows dirt, she plays in the dirt ring herself. She married knowing she will have a full checkbook the rest of her life.
They say she has experiences; what experiences? She does not walk the talk, never has. She has had it all handed to her because of her name – Mrs. Bill Clinton. She uses the name Clinton for her own soul purpose, not for the American taxpayers. I am ashamed to say she has put American women in a dark light all across this world.
The bad guys know they got her right where they want her. Our military, once again, will be in more harm’s way. She is one of us woman Baby Boomers, who does not deserve the seat. Woman with value she has not. There is many other women in politics who could be sitting in this position with more value than her. They just won’t crawl in the dirt ring like she has to get there.
Yes, Trump is not the ideal pick. We, the taxpayers, did choose him in the primary. All across this country we still want him. We come from all walks of life, different parties too. We are being ignored, we are being dissed. We have to show them we pay them to go to D.C., not the other way around. It’s our taxes and paychecks that running things.
It’s time we stand up and let them know who is the bosses.
