A Lehigh Acres youth group is participating in the first-ever tasting event for its district.

Cub Scouts Pack 11 will take part in the First Annual Taste of Scouting on Saturday, Nov. 5, starting at 11 a.m. at Centennial Park in Fort Myers.

Being held in conjunction with the 3rd Annual Taste of Lee, the event will offer the community the opportunity to sample many varieties of camp food.

Cub Scouts Pack 11 invites the public to come out and enjoy the offerings, then pick their favorite.

Centennial Park is at 2000 W. First St., Fort Myers.
