Officials: Fourth arrest made in year-long homicide investigation in Lehigh

A fourth suspect has been located and arrested in connection to a Lehigh Acres homicide, according to officials.

Santos Robles, 19, was located by the U.S. Marshals Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force, along with the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Warrants Unit, in Immokalee on Dec. 22.

He was charged with second-degree murder with a firearm, shooting into an occupied dwelling and conspiracy to shoot into an occupied dwelling.

Robles was transported to the Collier County Jail and will be transported to the Lee County Jail on a later date.

On Nov. 5, 2015, Lee County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a shooting near a bowling alley off Homestead Road.

Responding deputies found 21-year-old Rashawn Myers dead inside of a car.

The year-long investigation into the shooting death spanned several states and required numerous interviews.

On Dec. 16, LCSO detectives met with prosecutors with the State Attorney’s Office and formally prepared charges for several individuals involved in the murder.

The others arrested and charged were:

– Max Herard, 21, charged with second-degree murder with a firearm, shooting into an occupied vehicle, shooting into an occupied dwelling and conspiracy to shoot into an occupied dwelling

– Christopher Perez, 22, charged with second-degree murder with a firearm, shooting into an occupied vehicle, shooting into an occupied dwelling and conspiracy to shoot into an occupied dwelling

– Michael Stanley, 22, charged with shooting into an occupied dwelling and conspiracy to shoot into an occupied dwelling

The investigation is ongoing.
