Lee County Domestic Animal Services will hold a mobile pet pantry Sept. 22 in Lehigh Acres.

The pantry will take place from 9 a.m. to noon at Veterans Community Park, 55 Homestead Road S.

Along with distributing pet food at no charge, county staff and a veterinarian will be onsite to provide basic vet care and address questions and concerns from residents post-Hurricane Irma.

The mobile pet pantry has been made possible by donations from the ASPCA, Bailey’s Way Rescue and Senior Paws Sanctuary.
