The Court of Appeals has scheduled oral argument in Matlacha Civic Association’s Lawsuit against Cape Coral for today, Wednesday, Oct. 17, at 9:30 a.m., before Judge Morris Silberman, Judge Patricia J. Kelly and Judge Daniel H. Sleet.

Oral argument will occur at the Second District Court of Appeal, Tampa Branch Headquarters, in the courtroom of the Stetson University College Of Law, Tampa Campus, First Floor, 1700 North Tampa St., Tampa.
