The Lee County Emergency Management Center has issued a tornado watch that also includes the possibility of high wind gusts and hail.

The warning, in effect until 4 p.m. today, states that tornado activity is likely and that the area may experience scattered wind gusts up to 70 mph along with marble-size hail.

Caution is urged.
