According to the Cape Coral Police Department, Burnt Store Road is currently closed between Caloosa Parkway and Durden Parkway due to a brush fire.

Drivers are asked to avoid the area and seek an alternate route.

The CCPD announcement was issued shortly after 3:30 p.m. today.
