To the editor:

The Sheriff’s Office is stating from Code that they are not enforcing graffiti on private property anymore?

So a vacant gas station owned by a bank in Tampa near Lehigh Acres Hospital and beside Rib City which is sprayed painted with graffiti and no one can enforce it?

I’d like it addressed or answered why.

This addressed to Lee County Commissioners to explain.

Maybe another ordinance needs to revamped and updated commissioners.
