DeSantis appoints Mirra as judge on Lee County Court

Nicole Mirra, who served as staff counsel at Allstate Insurance since 2019, has been appointed by Gov. Ron DeSantis to serve on Lee County Court as a judge.

Mirra replaces Judge James Adams, who retired in June after serving on the bench for 28 years.

Prior to her work for Allstate, Mirra was an Assistant State Attorney for 13 years, according to information provided by the office of DeSantis

Mirra received her bachelor’s degree from Florida Gulf Coast University and law degree from Western Michigan University School of Law. County judges are elected every six years.
