• SAF & SALMA LLC purchased a 1-acre commercial site at the northwest corner of Joel Boulevard and Greenbriar Boulevard, Lot 1A, Lehigh Acres, from Marston V. Hilton for $170,000. Fred Kermani, CCIM, AIA of CRE Consultants negotiated the transaction.

• SalonCentric Inc. leased a 2,600-square-foot retail space in Ashley Square at 130 Del Prado Blvd, S., Suites 6 & 7, Cape Coral. from Ashley Square LLC. Enn Luthringer, CCIM of CRE Consultants represented the lessor and Penny Johnson of Commercial Sales & Leasing Reps represented the lessee in negotiating the transaction.

• Technical Services leased a 2,000-square-foot office space in Metro Commerce Center at 11220 Metro Parkway, Unit 8, Fort Myers, from Metro Commerce Center South, LLC. Randal Mercer of CRE Consultants negotiated the transaction.
