Above Board Chamber of Florida luncheon Feb. 10

Higher pay, benefits, incentives and great people are all signs of an awesome place to work. So why are employers having a hard time finding and retaining people that want to work?

The Above Board Chamber of Florida’ will address that topic at its February luncheons. The first presentation takes place in Fort Myers from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 10, at the Crowne Plaza Bell Tower, at 13950 Bell Tower Drive.

Fort Myers panelists include Michael Wynn, president of Sunshine Ace Hardware; Gary Tasman, chief executive officer/principal broker Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Property Southwest Florida; Jennifer Thayer, workforce planning and development program manager human resource at Lee Health; and Williams M. Blevins, president/CEO Gulf Coast Business Bank

The emcee of the luncheon be Joseph DeSena, CFP, MBA private wealth advisor | managing director, Siena Wealth Advisory Group.

The cost of lunch is included in event registration. Tickets for the Fort Myers event are $40 for members and $45 for non-members.
