Monthly meeting

The General Women’s Club of Lehigh Acres will hold its monthly meeting Friday, Feb. 18 in Fellowship Hall of Faith Lutheran Church, 705 Leeland Heights Blvd., Lehigh Acres, at 1 p.m. Damon Shelor of the Kiwanis Club of Lehigh Acres will be the guest speaker. Please contact Mary Pat Miller at 239-303-2442 for more information.

Fashion show

The General Women’s Club of Lehigh Acres will have its annual fashion show, Fashions by Anthony’s on March 12, from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

It will be held at Pelican Preserve, 9802 Pelican Preserve Blvd., Fort Myers. There will be many raffle baskets and a 50/50 raffle. Proceeds go to the General Women’s Club Scholarship Fund which awards scholarships to single Lehigh parents with minor children in the home who are going back to school to improve themselves and the lives of their children.
