Lee County Parks & Recreation will host a free “Movie in the Park” at 6:30 p.m. Friday, March 11, at Veterans Park, 55 Homestead Road South, Lehigh Acres.

The PG-rated live-action/computer animated adventure comedy “Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway” will be the main feature. Bea, Thomas and the rabbits have created a makeshift family, but despite his best efforts, Peter can’t seem to shake his mischievous reputation. Venturing out of the garden, Peter finds himself in a world where his mischief is appreciated. However, when his family risks everything to come looking for him, Peter must figure out what kind of bunny he wants to be.  

Movie viewing will be located on the front athletic field. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs and snacks. Lehigh Acres Fire Control & Rescue will provide free popcorn and bottled water.
