WellMed Mobile Response Unit at WellMed at North Tamiami Trail clinic, 18900 N Tamiami Trail – Suite 9, North Fort Myers, FL 33903.

This unit provides aid assistance for community medical needs, distributes food and water, provides satellite WiFi connection and telemedicine services for both medical and behavioral health.

WellMed Mobile Response Unit is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Walk-up service; no appointment is needed.

Optum Serve Mobile Response Units in partnerships with Lee and Charlotte Counties and FEMA is available at nine locations. Locations are:

-Shore Point Hospital, 809 E. Marion Avenue, Punta Gorda

-Charlotte County West County Annex, San Casa Drive, Grove City

-Kurt Donaldson Community Park,180 Hunter Boulevard, Cape Coral

-Cape Coral Club Square, 4634 SE 10th Place, Cape Coral

-STARS Complex, 2980 Edison Avenue, Fort Myers

-Harlem Heights Community Park, 7340 Concourse Drive, Fort Myers

-Olga Community Center, 2325 South Olga, Fort Myers

-Leigh Acres Park, 1400 West 5th Street, Lehigh Acres

All nine Optum Serve Mobile Units will be open for business by noon, Wednesday, October 5.
