Pulte launches home sales and debuts 12 professionally decorated model homes in four of its newest communities during grand opening celebrations every Saturday from Jan. 21 to Feb. 11. The single-day events – from Cape Coral and North Fort Myers to Naples – feature new models open for viewing, free food truck fare, giveaways and more.
“Guests attending our grand opening events will gain an inside perspective of four very different communities, their unique amenities and lifestyles and the wide range of homes offered by our family of brands – Pulte Homes, Centex, Del Webb, and DiVosta,” said Danielle Calamela, vice president of sales for PulteGroup’s Southwest Florida Division. “Our new models showcase an array of home options at various price points targeted to all lifestyles, from low-maintenance townhomes to various single-family homes for families, retirees or active adults.”
The grand openings are Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and highlight Sawgrass at Coral Lakes in Cape Coral, Del Webb Oak Creek in North Fort Myers, Sonoma Oaks in Naples and Terreno also in Naples. Pre-registration is encouraged and is available online by joining the VIP interest list on each community’s website.
Visitors to Sawgrass at Coral Lakes’ Jan. 21 grand opening will experience the low-maintenance lifestyle of its well-appointed two-story townhomes by Centex, a national builder and community developer known for smart design and affordable solutions for first-time homebuyers. The 1,816-square-foot Alder and the 1,657-square-foot Rowan models illustrate the community’s three-bedroom, two-and-a-half baths floor plans, feature classic modernist and ink-and-clay interiors, respectively, and showcase modern finishes such as granite countertops and decorative tile backsplashes.
